Michael Oliva has been a vital member of Boyer Construction’s leadership team since 2008, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and a passion for delivering meaningful and impactful projects. With a B.A. in Psychology and Exercise Biology from UC Davis, Michael offers a unique blend of technical expertise and a people-centered approach to project management.

As Senior Project Manager, Michael has led a diverse range of projects, including educational facilities, public safety buildings, and large-scale resort developments.  His dual role as both an owner and project manager allows for streamlined decision-making and reinforces Boyer Construction’s commitment to excellence at every stage of construction.

Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is a youth coach and  strives to create opportunities and nurture growth for future generations. His holistic approach to leadership and community engagement continues to make a lasting impact both on and off the job site.
