Jeff holds a degree in Information Systems and close to 20 years’ experience as a project manager on process improvement and Information technology related projects.  His strengths in process, planning and technology make him a great fit as the company’s lead scheduler.  Jeff is responsible for setting up the projects, workflows, and systems that make every project run efficiently.  His IT background and proficiency in process enhancement play pivotal roles in enhancing not only our internal operational efficiency but also in streamlining communications and data management for all project stakeholders, including our clients. In his role on the Modesto Schools project, Jeff will spearhead preconstruction services, orchestrating initial project setup and processes to optimize collaborative success. Additionally, he will be instrumental in project scheduling and data quality management.
